Sarasota County Resilient SRQ Housing Recovery Program
DSW Homes, LLC is the Contractor that was awarded the RFP with Sarasota County to provide implementation services for Resilient SRQ’s Housing Recovery Program. DSW Homes (DSW), is requesting proposals from highly qualified contractors (“Contractor”) to perform rehabilitation, reconstruction of single-family residential structures (includes demolition), and replacement of Manufactured Housing Units (MHUs).
DSW intends to select multiple contractors to provide these services.
